8.3-Every 6 Month Hydraulic Pump
◇ Check the condion and aging of the hydraulic uid. Unqualied hydraulic uid is the main reason to cause
valve failure and reduces the life of the gear pump.
◇ Check the noise variaon of the motor and gear pump while normal operang.
8.4-Every 12 Month
◇ Visually inspect all structural and mechanical parts to make sure there is no abnormalies have occurred.
◇ Check and see if there is anything wrong with the motor, wiring, top limiter switch and circuit breaker.
