STULZ provides its customers with Product Support which not only provides technical support and parts but
the following additional services, as requested:
• Performance Evaluations
• Start-up Assistance
• Training
5.1 Instructions for Online Documentation Access
Online documentation access provides downloads to documents like
• the optional E

Controller Manual,
• the warranty,
• refrigerant safety data sheets, and
• a searchable PDF copy of this IOM manual.
These downloads also include unit-specific drawings for
• installation,
• piping,
• nameplate, and
• wiring (with electrical data sheets).
1. Enter the serial number and a valid email address, then click submit. Alternatively scan the QR code and
the serial number will automatically populate.
2. A link to the documents will be emailed and documentation will be available for 60 days.
3. After 60 days, the serial number must be re-entered at http://www.stulzdocs.com/.
