The Free Measurement program allows the DGA 5000 to be used as a
diagnostic tool for the investigation of the fuel, ignition and emission
control systems of a vehicle without applying the limits and procedures
specified in any local, national or international test. By operating the
vehicle under varying conditions (if necessary on a chassis
dynanometer) it is possible to:
-
Identify emission failure areas.
-
Reduce emissions in general.
-
Locate/correct drivability problems.

that can be addressed include:
-
Engine will not crank.

Engine will crank but will not start.
