CONTROL SYSTEM OPERATION

Hose Reel Counter
The hose reel counter (13) on the front control panel HMI
screen shows the length of hose extended from the reel.
This parameter should be calibrated to zero at the
vertical entry point.
Water Pressure
Water pressure (14) is displayed on the front display
panel screen after initial power-up. Water pressure is
displayed in a range of 0–3000 PSI.
Payout Counter
The payout counter (15) can be reset independently of
the reel counter once the hose is in the horizontal sewer
line. This can alert the operator when the hose is nearing
the opening.
Engine Speed
Engine speed (16) is displayed in revolutions per minute
(RPM).
