Debris Level Sensor (Option)
The truck may be equipped with a debris level sensor,
which informs the operator of the debris level in the
debris body. The system senses liquids, slurries, and
solids. The components are immune to air flow, noise,
vibration, dust, humidity, and temperature.
The debris level system measures the debris level and
indicates the debris level on the HOME screen of the
front control panel HMI screen. The vent door will
automatically open when the debris body is full to prevent
overfilling.
Once the debris body is full, either dump the load or
perform a compaction and drain function to provide more
room for additional debris. Return the ejector plate to the
home position before proceeding.
Rear Axle Overweight (Option)
The rear axle overweight sensor notifies the operator if
the cargo load weight has exceeded the preset weight
limit of the rear axle. This system helps protect against
costly repairs to the truck’s suspension and driveline. The
AXLE Overload screen will appear on the front control
panel and the alarm will sound. Drain off waste water
until the axle overload screen and alarm turn off.
NOTE
The alarm may be silenced by pressing OK on the
HMI screen. The AXLE Overload screen will stay
visible until excess weight has been removed.

Winterization
It is beneficial to purge the water from all water lines to
prepare for freezing temperatures.
The Camel™ is equipped with an integral air purge line
and ball valve above the water pump.
Follow these steps with the truck running to purge water
from the water system.
1. Make sure the water supply valve (1) is open.
2. Drain the water tanks by removing the Y-strainer cap
(2) and filter (not shown). Open the water supply line
valve. Thoroughly clean the Y-strainer before
reinstalling.
