Enhanced C State (Available when CPU C State Report is Enabled)
Use this feature to enable enhanced CPU sleep state reporting. The options
are Enabled and Disabled.
CPU Hard C4E (Available when CPU C State Report is Enabled)
Use this feature to enable the hard C4E function reporting. The options are
Enabled and Disabled.
C4 Exit Timing (Available when CPU C State Report is Enabled)
This feature allows the user to control how quickly the CPU voltage will stabilize
when exiting from a C4 state. The options are Default, Fast, and Slow.
C-State POPDOWN (Available when CPU C State Report is Enabled)
When set to disabled, this feature prevents automatic return to a previous C3 or
C4 state. The options are Enabled and Disabled.
C-State POPUP (Available when CPU C State Report is Enabled)
When set to enabled, this feature will move the system from a C3/C4 state to a C2
state (upon bus master request) and automatically enable bus masters. The options
are Disabled and Enabled.
IDE/SATA Conguration
When this submenu is selected, the AMI BIOS automatically detects the presence
of the SATA Devices and displays the following items:
SATA Controllers
This item enables or disables the on board SATA controller. The options are En-
abled and Disabled:
SATA Mode Selection
This item selects the mode for the installed drives. The options are IDE and AHCI.
The following are displayed depending on your selection:
IDE Mode
No additional items are displayed when IDE Mode is selected:
AHCI Mode
The following items are displayed when AHCI Mode is selected:
Port 0, Port 1 Speed Limit
Use this option to set the speed limit for the selected port. The options
are No Limit, GEN1 Rate and GEN2 Rate.
