5-4 COOLING AND LUBRICATION SYSTEM
RADIATOR
REMOVAL
• Remove the cowling. (#6-6)
• Drain engine coolant. (#2-17)
• Disconnect the uper and lower radiator hoses from the radia-
tor.
• Disconnect the siphon hose from the radiator.
• Remove the reservoir tank by removing its mounting bolt.
• Disconnect the horn lead wires.
• Disconnect the cooling fan motor and its thermo-switch lead
wire coupler

• Remove the radiator by removing its mounting bolts.
