• Install the generator stator.
• GENERATOR ROTOR
• Install the generator rotor securely.
• Tighten the generator rotor nut to the specified torque with the
special tool.
! 09930-40113: Rotor holder
" Generator rotor nut: 55 N·m (5.5 kgf-m, 40.0 lb-ft)
• Install the kick starter idle gear
1,washer
2 and snap ring

to the driveshaft.

Install the key
1 onto the crankshaft.
• Install the primary drive gear
2 and oil pump drive gear

NOTE:
Position the oil pump drive gear
3, as shown in the illustration.
Use a new circlip
