3.6.2 Power Supply
WARNING
Risk of electrical shock
Do not perform any work on electrical components if the trans-
mitter is switched on. Failure to follow safety instructions could
result in serious injury or death.
Always turn off AC power before manipulating electric parts.
Installation and maintenance of electrical parts must be per-
formed by professionals.
NOTICE: The protective earth wire (Ground) has to be
connected to the grounding terminal.
Installation
requirements
The installation must meet the following requirements.
Mains fuse 1.6 AT
Mains cable to comply with standards IEC 60227 or IEC
60245; flammable rating FV1
Mains equipped with an external switch or circuit-breaker
– near the instrument
– easily accessible to the operator
– marked as interrupter for AMI Codes-II
