10. PNEUMATIC SYSTEM
2-position electrovalve with dual control (bistable).
Operating pressure range: 0.1 to 0.7 MPa (1 to 7 bar).
Ambient and compressed air temperature: -10 to 50 °C.
Maximum response time: 15 ms.
Maximum operating frequency: 10 Hz.
The Scan machine must be supplied with air through the PNEUMATICS connector at the rear of the machine.
Finally, the outputs of the Electrovalve at the front of the machine must be connected to the corresponding open
and closed states.
When the “Open Electrovalve” signal is sent from ReflexScan, air flows through the output :
When the “Close Electrovalve” signal is sent from ReflexScan, air flows through the output :
The electrovalve is bistable, thus the air always flows through one outlet at a time.
1. Hardware connection
In the rear of the machine, use the Foot switch connector to connect the Pedal.
