Reassembly of Kick Starter
Install socket, return spring and starter spindle as
diagram shown.
Install thrust washer and snap ring onto starter
spindle.
Install kick starter arm temporary.
Rotate the arm and then align driven gear with
width-tooth on the starter spindle.
Install the friction of driving gear onto convex part
of the cover.
Installation of the left crankcase cover
