Use the punch and the drive to press the ball
race into the steering shaft end.

Use the punch and the driver to press the bottom
ball race into the steering shaft end.

Installation of front fork
Fill the upper and lower ball race with grease,
and load each carrier with balls.
Install the front fork into the steering shaft. Care
shall be exercised not to lose the balls.
Apply a coat of grease to the top crown.
Lock the top crown in place by bolts.
Caution
Tighten the nut of the steering shaft and lock up
nuts of the top crown.
Torque value: 1.0 ~ 2.0 kgf-m

Check the free play and vertical clearance of
the steering shaft.
