When ejecting 45 to 50 sheets of paper bundle of A4R or Letter-R, it may bound and the 1st sheet of the next bundle
may be caught up at the paper guide. Then, the J6311 jam may occur.
【Hot to respond】
The tension of the spring is increased that pulls up the paper holder guide.
