BF-730/720/710 Measure for Paper creasing when a sheet of
paper is fed after middle folding
【Phenomenon】
When center-folding or tri-folding one sheet of paper with the downward bending (toward the CF blade side) at its central
part, the paper center part of paper may be creased or damaged due to the paper’s bent part pinched up by the CF rollers
and the CF blade.
【How to Respond】
When the below phenomenon occurs, please execute the following 1 to 3 in order.
1.Set the positions of the paper length guide and the paper width guides in the paper cassette in order to properly fit the
paper size.
2.Turn the papers in the paper cassette over and reinstall it. (The grade of the paper’s bending may be slightly improved)
3.Replace the CF blade (303J124142:BLADE MID PRESSING) with the new one.
