5.9.5 Removing of pulley - New setup

• Remove brush drive unit according to chapter REMOVING OF
BRUSH DRIVE UNIT.
• Remove brush belt according to chapter REMOVING OF BRUSH
BELT - NEW SETUP.
• Remove the three screws (08/136) of the coupling (08/135).
• Remove the coupling from brush drive pulley (08/127).
• Remove the catch (08/131).
• Remove the centre plug (08/134) and the sealing ring (08/130).
• Remove the retaining ring (08/141).
• Remove the pulley (08/127).
Remarks
If you have to remove the complete pulley and axle together then you
can remove the three screws (08/125) with an Allan key by positioning
the slot of the brush drive pulley (08/127) right over the screws.
