Change the time by touching the AUTO or
OPTIONAL FLAVOR symbol
with the
cursor under the hour position. Move the
cursor to the minutes by selecting the
CALIBRATION symbol
. Once the correct
minutes are entered, select the CALIBRATION
symbol
to advance the cursor to the month.

The Daylight Saving feature when enabled,
will automatically adjust the control clock for
daylight saving time. To Disable the Daylight
Saving Time feature, select the AUTO symbol
to move the arrow to Disable. Then touch
the CALIBRATION symbol
to save the new
setting.
The AUTO HEAT TIME screen allows the
Manager to set the time of day in which the
heat treatment cycle will start.

Note: Do not advance the Auto Heat Time
setting except on the day the unit is brush
cleaned. Increasing the time between heat
cycles will cause the machine to soft lock if the
start of the cycle does not begin within 24
hours from the start of the previous heat
treatment cycle.
To set the AUTO HEAT TIME select the AUTO
symbol
to move the arrow to Change. Then
select the CALIBRATION symbol
.The
screen will display the time with the cursor
under the hour position. (See Figure 188.)

the hour to the desired setting. Then move the

CALIBRATION symbol
. Adjust the setting
for minutes, then select the CALIBRATION

to save the setting and return to the
AUTO HEAT TIME screen. Select the
CALIBRATION symbol
to exit the screen
and return to the Menu.
The AUTO START TIME option allows the
Manager to set the time of day at which the
machine automatically enters the AUTO mode
from the STANDBY mode. The machine must
be in the STANDBY mode without a freezer
lock condition in order to AUTO start at the
programmable time. The AUTO START TIME
can also be Disabled and require starting the
AUTO mode manually. (See Figure 189.)
