Calibrate the syrups.
Draw rate is set too
fast.
Adjust draw rate of 5 to 7 1/2 oz. (142 g. to
213 g.) of product by weight in 10 seconds.
Outdrawing capacity of
freezing cylinder.
Allow unit to recover and cycle off before
drawing more product.
Air passage blocked in
pump.
Brush clean pump components and
reassemble.
Inadequate air space. Minimum of 3” (76 mm) air space on all
sides, with the deflector installed to prevent
recirculation of warm air.
Dirty Condenser or air
filters on air cooled
units.
Check/replace filters regularly.
Inadequate water
supply on water cooled
units.
Check the water supply. Check the water
lines for leaks or kinks.
