Max Packet Size: Possible values are between 64 and 1500. It is maximum size of one
TECMP-frame, which collects received messages on this port (one TECMP frame for
more than one RS 232 message.

Rx Timeout: After this time the TECMP-frame is sent, even if the Max packet size is not
reached.
