I CURS ON /O FF! Key-Turns the X and Y
cursors on or off in the display.
I READOUT ON/ OFF! Key-Turns the chan-
nel data readouts on or off in the display.
I INVERT DISPL! Key-Switches the display
background from white to black and the
waveform dis play from black to white .
I GRAT ON /OF F! Key- Turns the graticule
markers on or off in the display.
I SOUND ON/OFF! Key-Turns the instru-
ment beeper on or off . Does not turn off the
double beep for an invalid keystroke .
Arithmetic, Numeric Entry , and Dimension
Keys
Refer to Figure 2-8 for the locations of the arith-
metic , numeric entry , and dimension keys.
Arithmetic Keys-Used to perform arithmetic
operations on the input signals and save ref-
erence signals .

GJ Used for addition of signals and as sign
for positioning the display and trigger time
points .
[J Used for subtraction of signals and as a
sign for positioning the display and trigger
time points .
[R] Used for multiplication of signals .
[±] Used for division of signals .
Numeric Entry (0 through 9) and Decimal
Point (.) Keys-Used with Multiplier keys and
Dimension keys for inputting numeric values in
the instruction . The numeric entries from 1
through 9 are used as reference memory lo-
cations and keyboard setup memory loca-
tions.
Dimension Keys-End second per division set-
ting, vertical deflection factor , and positioning
instructions.
