Normal trigger mode .

The sweep free runs and the
tr i gger is disabled .
Displays trigger voltage level with refer-
ence to ground (0 volts) .
Displays horizontal pos i tion (trigger de-
lay) of the tr i gger referenced from the
fourth pixel from left edge of display.
DVM / COUNTER Readout
The in s trument w ill automatically carry out a wide
range of measurements and display the results .
The measurement results are displayed as shown
in Fi gure 2-11 . If the signal amplitude is either too
high or low , the po i nter after the words " Voltage
Range " shows the di rect ion to set the Volts / Divi-
sion swi tch to get a good measurement . The
wave form display Is located at the bottom right
corne r of the display. The input coupling mode and
sensitivity is located at the bottom left corner of
the display. The funct ion descr i ptions in the
read out are as follows:
Vr ms - True rms voltage value of the
waveform .
Vavg-Arithmetic mean average (de compo -
ne nt) .
Vpp - Peak- to - peak voltage .
Vop-Zero - to - peak vo ltage .
T - Signal per iod.
f- Signal frequency .
