3. Lift the battery pack cover and pull it out of
the slots In the si de wall of the carry i ng case
( see Figure 1-3) .
4. Re move any dead batteries from t he bat t ery
co mpar t men t .

5. Place the batteries in the battery compart-
ment , Observe the polarity indications as
shown on the bottom of the battery compart-
ment ( see Figure 1- 4) ,
6. Replace the battery - pack cover and accesso -
