If enabled in Guarded Access, Single Zone Control allows single
temperature operation. If Single Zone Control operation is selected,
all zones will be forced on and will control to the same setpoint. All
bulkheads should be taken down to create one large compartment.
Multi Zone Control allows separate control for each configured zone.
For additional details, refer to Operating the Unit in Single Zone
Mode earlier in this section.
• KKeeyyppaadd LLoocckkoouutt
If enabled in Guarded Access, the keypad can be locked to prevent
unauthorized use. If the keypad is locked, only the ON and OFF keys
function. The keypad will remain locked even if the unit is turned Off
and back on. If Keypad Lockout is active, press and hold any soft key
for five seconds to deactivate the feature.
• SSttaarrtt SSlleeeepp MMooddee
If enabled in Guarded Access, Sleep Mode is used to keep the engine
warm and the battery charged when the unit is not in use. When the
unit is in Sleep Mode, the display will show "SLEEP" and the current
time. When Sleep Mode is entered, the unit will start and run to
confirm proper battery charge level and engine temperature.
IImmppoorrttaanntt:: While in Sleep Mode, the unit will not monitor or maintain
setpoint and load temperature. Fuel level should be
monitored as the unit may run periodically, particularly in
cold weather.
The following features are available in Sleep Mode:
– PPrrooggrraamm WWaakkeeuupp TTiimmee:: This feature allows a wakeup time to be
specified. When the selected time is reached the unit will start and
resume normal operation. If a Wakeup Time is selected, the
following features are available:
• DDaayy ttoo WWaakkee UUpp:: This feature allows the day of the week the
unit is to wake up to be specified.
• HHoouurr ttoo WWaakkee UUpp:: This feature allows the hour the unit is to
wake up to be specified.
• MMiinnuuttee ttoo WWaakkee UUpp:: This feature allows the minute the unit is
to wake up to be specified.
• RRuunn PPrreettrriipp oonn WWaakkeeuupp:: This feature allows a Pretrip Test to
be automatically run when the unit wakes up.
Mode changes are made using the Mode Menu. From the Standard Display,
press the MENU key.
