1.Verifythatthememorymoduleisinstalledandseatedcorrectlyinyourcomputer.

factory-installedmemorymodules,andthenreinstallthememorymoduleoneatatimetoensure
aproperconnection.
2.Checkforerrormessagesduringstartup.
FollowtheappropriatecorrectiveactionsforPOSTerrormessages.
3.VerifythatthelatestUEFIBIOSforyourmodelhasbeeninstalled.
4.Verifythepropermemoryconfigurationandcompatibilityincludingthemaximummemorysizeandthe
memoryspeed.

AwirelessLANproblem
Problem:Youcannotconnecttothenetworkusingthebuilt-inwirelessnetworkcard.
Solution:Makesurethat:
•YourwirelessLANdriveristhelatestversion.
•Yourcomputeriswithinrangeofawirelessaccesspoint.
•Thewirelessradioisenabledbydouble-clickingtheAccessConnectionsiconontheWindowsnotification
area.
