SIP URI:
The Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) of your SIP account (for example: 035051979, john.doe,...). This
is the telephone number that people have to dial to call you.
Username:
The user name of your VoIP account (for example: 035051979, john.doe,...).
Password:
The password of your VoIP account.
Displayname:
The name that you want people to see on the display of their phone when you are calling.
Abbreviated number:
An internal number to call the phones associated with this VoIP account.
Port:
The phone port that you want to associate with this VoIP account. select
All to use this VoIP account for all connected phone (fixed + DECT).
All DECT to use this VoIP account for all connected DECT phones.
DECT 1/2/3/4/5 to use this VoIP account for one specific DECT phone. You can find the number of
your DECT phone its display.
Phone 1/2 to use this VoIP account for the phone connected to the Phone 1/2 port of your
Thomson Gateway.
4 Click Apply.
Verifying Telephone Connectivity
Proceed as follows to verify the voice connection:
1 Make sure the Thomson Gateway is turned on.
2 Make sure the Internet telephony service is enabled and configured. The Phone/DECT LED must be solid
green.
3 Pick up your phone, wait for the dialling tone, and dial the number.
Your VoIP provider may not support this feature.
