BrakePedal
Thebrakepedal(Figure15)actuatesanautomotive
drum-typemechanicalbrakelocatedateachtraction
wheel.
ParkingBrakeButton
Pressingthebrakepedaltoactuatethebrakeassembly,
thenpressingthesmallbuttonindicated(Figure15)will
keepthebrakesactuatedforparking.Disengageitby
pressingthebrakepedal.Locktheparkingbrakebefore
youleavethemachine.

TractionandStoppingPedal
Thetractionpedal(Figure15)hasthreefunctions:to
makethemachinemoveforward,tomoveitbackward,
andtostopthemachine.Pressthetopofthepedalto
moveforwardandthebottomofthepedaltomove
backwardortoassistinstoppingwhenmovingforward.
Also,allowthepedaltomovetotheneutralpositionto
stopthemachine.Foroperatorcomfort,donotrestthe
heelofyourfootonreversewhenoperatingforward
(Figure16).
