Ifyouleavethekeyintheignitionswitch,
someonecouldaccidentlystarttheengineand
seriouslyinjureyouorotherbystanders.
Removethekeyfromtheignitionand
disconnectthewirefromthesparkplugbefore
youdoanymaintenance.Setthewireasideso
thatitdoesnotaccidentallycontactthespark
plug.
RemovingtheSeat
Theseatmayberemovedtoeaseperforming
maintenanceinthevalveblockareaofthemachine.
1.Unlatchandraisetheseat.Securewithproprod.
2.Disconnectthe2wireharnessconnectorsunder
theseat.
3.Lowertheseatandremovethecotterpinsecuring
theseatpivotrodtotheframe(Figure36).
4.Slidetheseatpivotrodtotheleftside,slidetheseat
forward,andlifttheseatout.
5.Reversetheproceduretoinstalltheseat.
