5.Installthedipstickandcaptothellerneckofthe
reservoir(Figure23andFigure24).

1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.
CAUTION
Iftheenginehasbeenrunning,the
pressurized,hotcoolantcanescapeandcause
burns.
•Donotopentheradiatorcap.
•Allowtheenginetocoolatleast15minutes
oruntiltheradiatorcapiscoolenoughto
touchwithoutburningyourhand.
•Usearagwhenopeningthereservetank
cap,andopenthecapslowlytoallow
steamtoescape.
•Donotcheckthecoolantlevelatthe
radiator;checkthecoolantlevelonlyatthe
reservetank.
