10.Checkthealignmentofthetankskidandthevehicle
frame.Ifnecessary,loosentheboltssecuringthepivot
lugtothetankskidframeslightly(Figure21).Raisethe
tankassemblyjustenoughabovethevehicleframeto
bealignedandloweredintoproperposition.Tighten
theboltsonthepivotlugoncethetankskidisaligned
withthevehicleframe.
11.Usetheaccesspanelsonbothsidesofthetankskidto
checkforpinchingofanyhosesorwiring(Figure22).

Procedure
Thecontrolboxismountedonthetankskidbyaclevispin,
andhairpin.Itislocatedontheleftsidetowardtheback.
1.Removetheclevispin,andhairpinsecuringthecontrol
boxtothetankskid.
2.Installthecontrolbox,withthecontrolsfacingthe
driver,tothecontrolmountusingtheclevispinand
hairpinremovedpreviously.
3.Installthehandknobtostabilizethecontrolbox.
Tightenbyhand.
