maintenance.Setthewire(s)asidesothatitdoesnotaccidentallycontactthesparkplug(s).

AccessingtheMachine
RasingtheTankAssembly
DANGER
Thesprayertankassemblyrepresentsastored
energyhazard.Ifnotproperlyretainedwhen
installingorremovingtheassemblyitcanmoveor
fallandinjureyouorotherbystanders.
Usestrapsandanoverheadlifttosupportthe
sprayertankassemblyduringinstallation,removal
oranymaintenancewhentheretainingfasteners
arebeingremoved.
Anemptytankassemblycanbetippedorraiseduptoallow
fullaccesstotheengineandotherinternalcomponents.
Itisrecommendedtopivottheboomextensionforward
todistributetheweightmoreevenly.Usethefollowing
procedure
1.Parkthevehiclewithanemptytankonalevelsurface.
2.Usetheboomcontrolswitchestoraisetheboom
extensiontoapproximately45°.Thenstopthe
machine,engagetheparkingbrakeandremovethekey.
3.Removethesafetyboltsfromthefrontoftheskid
(Figure45).
