Theturretbodiescanacceptupto3differentnozzles.To
selectthedesirednozzle:
1.Stopthesprayeronalevelsurface,stoptheengine,
andsettheparkingbrake.
2.SetthemasterboomswitchtotheOffpositionandset
thepumpswitchtotheOffposition.
3.Rotatetheturretofthenozzlesineitherdirectionto
thecorrectnozzle.
CleaningtheSprayer
Important:Youmustalwaysemptyandcleanthe
sprayerimmediatelyaftereachuse.Failuretodoso
maycausethechemicalstodryorthickeninthelines,
cloggingthepumpandothercomponents.
Tororecommendsusingtheapprovedrinsekitforthis
machine.ContactyourAuthorizedToroDealerformore
information.
Cleanthespraysystemaftereachsprayingsession.To
properlycleanthespraysystem:
•Usethreeseparaterinses.
•Usethecleanersandneutralizersasrecommendedbythe
chemicalmanufacturers.
•Usepurecleanwater(nocleanersorneutralizers)forthe
lastrinse.
1.Stopthesprayer,settheparkingbrake,andturnoff
theengine.
2.Locatethetankdrainvalveontherearofthemachine
(Figure28).
Note:Thevalveistotherearofpump,attachedto
thesupportbracket.

Openthevalvetodrainanyunusedmaterialfromthe
tankanddisposeofitaccordingtolocalcodesandthe
materialmanufacturer'sinstructions(Figure29).After
draining,removethelynchpinonthebracketsecuring
thedrainvalvetothemachineandletthevalverest
ontheground.Thisallowsanyresidualmaterialin
thelinetodrain.

3.Whenthetankhasdrainedcompletely,installthevalve
toframewiththelynchpinremovedpreviouslyand
closethedrainvalve(Figure29).
4.Fillthetankwithatleast190L(50USgallons)ofclean
freshwaterandclosethecover.
Note:Youcanuseacleaning/neutralizingagentin
thewaterasneeded.Onthenalrinse,useonlyclean,
clearwater.
5.Lowertheboomsintothesprayposition.
6.Starttheengineandmovethethrottlelevertoahigher
idle.
7.EnsurethattheagitationswitchisintheOnposition.
8.SetthepumpswitchtotheOnpositionandusethe
applicationrateswitchtoincreasethepressuretoa
highsetting.
9.Setthemasterboomswitchandboomcontrolswitches
totheOnpositionstobeginspraying.
10.Allowallofthewaterinthetanktosprayoutthough
thenozzles.
11.Checkthenozzlestoensurethattheyareallspraying
correctly.
12.SetthemasterboomswitchtotheOffposition,setthe
pumpswitchtotheOffposition,andstoptheengine.
13.Repeatsteps4through12atleast2moretimesto
ensurethatthespraysystemisfullycleaned.
