Drainandcleanthefueltankifthefuelsystembecomes
contaminatedorifyouplantostorethemachineforan
extendedperiod.Whencleaningthefueltank,usefresh,
cleanfueltoushoutthetank.
1.Transferthefuelfromthetankintoanapprovedfuel
containerusingasiphonpump,orremovethetank
fromthemachineandpourthefueloutofthetankll
spoutintothefuelcontainer.
Note:Ifyouremovethefueltank,youwillneed
toremovethefuelsupplyandreturnhosesfromthe
standpipeassemblybeforeremovingthetank,refer
tosteps1though4RemovingtheIn-TankFuelFilter

2.Replacethefuellters;refertotheReplacingtheWater
SeparatorFilterCanister(page45).
3.Flushthetankwithfresh,cleanfuel,ifnecessary.
