XPSpray
SysteminstalledturnthepowerswitchtoOffnow.The
followingprocedureshouldbeperformedonlywhenthe
controllerisnotpowered.
1.Selectanopenatareatoperformthisprocedure.
2.Fillthespraytankwithcleanwater.
3.Verifytheagitationcontrolvalveisopen.
Note:Ifithasbeenadjustedopenitcompletelyat
thistime.
4.Settheparkingbrakeandstarttheengine.
5.MovethethrottlelevertotheFastposition.
6.Setthepumpswitchandtheagitationswitchtothe
Onposition.
7.Usetheapplicationrateswitchtoadjustthesprayer
systempressureonthegaugereads689kPa(100psi).
8.TurntheagitationswitchtotheOffpositionandread
thepressuregauge.
Ifthepressuregaugeindicates689kPa(100psi),
theagitationbypassvalveisproperlycalibrated.
Ifthepressuregaugeindicatesdifferently,continue
tothenextstep.
9.Adjusttheagitationbypassvalve(Figure32)onthe
backsideoftheagitationvalveuntilthesprayersystem
pressureindicatedonthegaugeindicates689kPa(100
psi).
