Wheneveryouchangetheheightofcut,itisrecommendedto
adjusttheheightoftheanti-scalprollers.
1.DisengagethePTO,movethemotion-controlleversto
theNEUTRAL-LOCKposition,andengagetheparking
brake.
2.Shutofftheengine,removethekey,andwaitforall
movingpartstostopbeforeleavingtheoperating
position.
3.Afteradjustingtheheightofcut,adjusttherollersby
removingtheangenut,bushing,spacer,andbolt
(Figure31,Figure32,andFigure33).
Note:The2middlerollersdonothaveaspacer
(Figure32).
4.Selectaholesothattheanti-scalprollerispositioned
tothenearestcorrespondingheightofcutdesired.
5.Installtheangenutbushing,spacer,andbolt.Torque
theboltto54to61N∙m(40to45ft-lb)(Figure31,
Figure32,andFigure33).
6.Repeatthisadjustmentontheotheranti-scalprollers.

Thisprocedureisapplicableonlytomachineswiththe
ow-bafelocks.Certainmodelshavenutsandboltsinplace
oftheow-bafelocksandcanbeadjustedthesame.
Youcanadjustthemower-dischargeowfordifferenttypes
ofmowingconditions.Positionthecamlocksandbafeto
givethebestqualityofcut.
1.Disengagetheblade-controlswitch(PTO),movethe
motion-controlleverstotheNEUTRAL-LOCKposition,
andengagetheparkingbrake.
2.Shutofftheengine,removethekey,andwaitforall
movingpartstostopbeforeleavingtheoperating
position.
3.Toadjustthecamlocks,swingtheleveruptoloosen
thecamlock(Figure34).
4.Adjustthebafeandcamlocksintheslotstothe
desireddischargeow.
