necessarytobleedthesystemifuidischangedorafterwork
isperformedonthesystem.
1.Raisetherearofthemachinesothatthewheelsareoff
thegroundandsupportwithjackstands.
2.Starttheengineandrunatlowidlespeedandengage
theleverandtractionon1sideandspinthewheelby
hand.
3.Whenthewheelbeginstospinonitsown,keepit
engageduntilthewheeldrivessmoothly(minimum2
minutes).
4.Checkthehydraulic-uidlevelandaddasrequiredto
maintainproperlevel.
5.Repeatthisprocedureontheoppositewheel.

ServiceInterval:Every100hours
Checkthehydraulichosesforleaks,loosettings,kinked
lines,loosemountingsupports,wear,weatherandchemical
deterioration.Makenecessaryrepairsbeforeoperatingthe
machine.
Note:Keepareasaroundthehydraulicsystemcleanfrom
grassanddebrisbuildup.

Hydraulicuidescapingunderpressurecan
penetrateskinandcauseinjury.
•Ifhydraulicuidisinjectedintotheskinit
mustbesurgicallyremovedwithinafewhours
byadoctorfamiliarwiththistypeofinjury.

ornozzlesthatejecthigh-pressurehydraulic
uid.
•Usecardboardorpapertondhydraulicleaks.
•Safelyrelieveallpressureinthehydraulicsystem
beforeperforminganyworkonthehydraulic
system.
•Makesurethatallhydraulic-uidhosesand
linesareingoodconditionandallhydraulic
connectionsandttingsaretightbefore
applyingpressuretohydraulicsystem.

1.Raisetheframeandblockupthemachinesothatthe
drivewheelscanrotatefreely.
2.Disconnecttheelectricalconnectorfromtheseat
safetyswitch.Temporarilyinstallajumperwireacross
terminalsinthewire-harnessconnector.
3.Unlatchtheseatandslideseatforward.
4.Disconnecttheseatrodandtilttheseatfullyforward.

1.Starttheengine,openthethrottle1/2wayand
disengageparkingbrake;refertoStartingandShutting
OfftheEngine(page24).
Note:Themotion-controllevermustbeinneutral
whilemakinganyadjustments.
2.Adjustthepumprodlengthbyrotatingtheknob,inthe
appropriatedirection,untilthewheelisstillorslightly
creepinginreverse(Figure95).
3.Movethemotion-controlleverforwardandreverse,
thenbacktoneutral.
Note:Thewheelmuststopturningorslightlycreep
inreverse.
4.OpenthethrottletoFAST.
Note:Makesurethatthewheelremainsstoppedor
slightlycreepsinreverse;adjustifnecessary.
