7. Charge the battery for 1 hour at 25 to 30 A or 6 hours at 4 to 6 A.
IMPORTANT
Do not overcharge the battery.

8. Remove the jumper cables from the service vehicle, black negative (-) clamp first. Do
not allow the clamps to touch.

9. Remove the black negative (-) cable clamp
from the disabled machine or frame ground.
10. Remove the red positive (+) cable clamp
from the disabled machine.
11. Turn the battery disconnect to O
N.
