Accel/Decel Pattern #1
Program Special Control Accel/Decel #1 – #4
This parameter enables a user-selected preprogrammed output profile that
controls the acceleration and deceleration pattern for the #1 Accel/Decel
parameter.
Settings:
0 — Linear
1 — S-Pattern 1
2 — S-Pattern 2
The figures below provide a profile of the available accel/decel patterns.

Linear acceleration and deceleration is the
default pattern and is used on most
applications.
S-pattern 1 is used for applications
that require quick acceleration and
deceleration. This setting is also popular for
applications that require shock absorption at
the start of acceleration or deceleration.
S-pattern 2 acceleration and deceleration
decreases the rate of change above the base
frequency.
