4.3.1 Converting a Character String to 0
The value of (FUNCTION 1), the 1st column in 1st row of user parameter [U25]
FUNCTION SELECT SWITCH is set to 1.

= 0 0 0 0 0 0
= 0 0 0 0 0 0
= 0 0 0 0 0 0
When the value is set to 1, a nonnumeric character string is converted to 0 if
received.

Note: <CR> signifies the record end code (0x0D).
