If the first data is other than a number (integer), the second data has 33 characters
or more, and the number of data elements is other than 2, 8-015 Parameter error
occurs.
*If a matching character string is not found, Invalid Channel error occurs without
numeric conversion.
*If the received character string can be determined to be numeric, conversion using
this function is not performed.
*STRING.PAR becomes valid when the power is turned OFF and then turned ON.
