The SP (Automatic Operation Stop) command is given by the host computer to the
controller telling the controller to stop automatic operation. Also, this command
informs the host computer when the controller is stopped. Furthermore, should the
robot be stopped in accordance with any request other than that made by the host
computer, this command will automatically be sent from the controller to the host
computer.
