1 Remove the mattress from the trolley and lift up the white
plastic plate on the stretcher.
Then remove the screw M8x16 (Torx T40) at the top of the
column.
2 Remove the pedal plate. Use a Torx T40 for the screw and
a 13 mm spanner for the M8 nut.
3. Carefully put the shower trolley on its side, so that you can
reach the bottom plate under the chassi.
4 Remove the 5 pcs. of screws that holds the base plate and
the protective tube marked in photo below.
Remove hydraulic pump on TR 2000 (2007-) for lling of oil
5. Now carefully lift out the hydraulic pump from the
shower trolley.
6. Never hold the hydraulic pump upside down, try to hold it
as vertically as possible so that you don’t get air
into the pump.
7 The piston should be in its top position before you start
 tolloilintothetank.Removethehexagonscrew2mm
 markedbelowandlloilintothesmallhole.
 Totaloilvolumeisapprox.20cl.UseHydraulicOil“Shell
 Tellus46”.
8. Whenoilhasbeenlledintothepump,mountthe 
 hexagonscrew2mmagainbutdonottightenthisscrew
 becauseitmustnotsealcompletelyasthetankmustbe
 abletobreathewhenthetemperaturechanges.
9 Unscrew the 2 pcs. of M6x12 screws a little bit.
The hydraulic pump needs to be a little bit loose on the
base plate, just to be able to mount the M8x16 screw into
the piston at the top of the column.
