Lay TR 9650 on it’s back (column on the
ground). Straight steer casters are located on
the top/T section of the base. Unbolt
(16 mm) caster and remove from lift.
A thin metal D-shaped plate should be
removed from the caster. Gently pry off.
D-Bracket end of the spacer should t
inside the base. Reassemble bolting
the caster through the spacer to the
base of the TR 9650. Make sure the
locating pins on the spacer are aligned
with the locating holes on the caster.
Coat the threads on the end of the
screw with the red Loctite supplied and
tighten the bolt into the base.
