Incorrect installation!
The spacers have a right & left orientation to
the“D” end. If installed incorrectly, the
casters willlock in a position that will not
allow for straight steering. This will be quite
obvious.
Correct installation!
The spacers, if installed correctly, will be
parallel to the ground allowing for straight
steering
