General Information
Installation Overview
For convenience, Table 2 summarizes responsibilities that are typically asso-
ciated with the RTHD chiller installation process.
Refer to the Installation Mechanical and Installation Electrical sections of this
manual for detailed installation instructions.
• Locate and maintain the loose parts, e.g. isolators, temperature sensors,
flow sensors or other factory-ordered, field-installed options, for installa-
tion, as required. Loose parts are located in the starter/control panel.
• Install the unit on a foundation with flat support surfaces, level within
1/4” (6.35 mm) and of sufficient strength to support concentrated load-
ing. Place the manufacturer-supplied isolation pad assemblies under the
unit.
• Install the unit per the instructions outlined in the Mechanical Installation
