Update to HW v1 and firmware version B(22). The CLI now displays the version after
a parameter change. Clarify Dual Converter mode, Redundant Fiber mode, and Port
Isolation operation. Note that APR requires both Dual Converter mode and ALPT
mode to be enabled, and that timers must complete before an ALPT event can
trigger a power reset.
