SPECIFICATIONS AND INSTALLATION
Theory of Operation
The Double Batch oven provides superior cooking
performance while requiring minimal space and energy
consumption. The oven circulates impinged air at
speeds of up to 60 mph to create high heat transfer
rates and reduce cook time. The technology includes
utilizing a variable speed blower, oscillating rack, and
catalytic converter, resulting in minimal energy input,
high food quality, and UL®-certified ventless operation
(see page 4 for details).
This manual includes instructions for installing,
cleaning, operating, and servicing Double Batch ovens.
