2.1 STANDARD APPLICATION WIZARD
The application wizard helps you to set the basic parameters that are related to the
application.
To start the Standard application wizard, set the value Standard to parameter P1.2
Application (ID 212) in the keypad.
NOTE!
If you start the application wizard from the Start-up wizard, the wizard goes directly
to step 11.

Set a value for P3.1.2.2 Motor Type (so that it agrees
with the nameplate of the motor)
PM motor
Induction motor
Reluctance motor

Set a value for P3.1.1.1 Motor Nominal Voltage (so
that it agrees with the nameplate of the motor)
Range: Varies

Set a value for P3.1.1.2 Motor Nominal Frequency
(so that it agrees with the nameplate of the motor)
Range: 8.00...320.00 Hz

Set a value for P3.1.1.3 Motor Nominal Speed (so
that it agrees with the nameplate of the motor)
Range: 24...19200 rpm

Set a value for P3.1.1.4 Motor Nominal Current (so
that it agrees with the nameplate of the motor)
Range: Varies
If you set Motor Type to Induction Motor, you see the next step. If your selection is PM Motor,
the value of parameter P3.1.1.5 Motor Cos Phi is set to 1.00, and the wizard goes directly to
step 7.
