This function returns the number of throttle cycles. A movement from max. throttle position
to open back to max. throttle position counts as one cycle. Partial movements will be
added up until equivalent movement is achieved.

This function returns firmware version of the device.

xxx...xxx identification code, e.g. 61228-KAGG-0002/0001/, unused digits are filled up
with spaces (20 hexadecimal)
This function returns controller's individual serial number. This code is unique for each
valve and allows tracing.
