8. Place a nut and washer on the head of each bolt. Fasten each nut to secure
the column. However, do not fully fasten the nut before finishing the leveling.
Two persons are required for step 8. When one person
is fastening, another person must hold the middle carrying
handle to prevent the equipment from falling.
