CADENCE or HEARTRATE or NONE--SELECT OK? is
shown in display. Press

The MC . confirms by displaying SENSOR--
SELECT DONE.
To exit settings mode, press and hold the
C
button for three seconds.
SETTINGS--CLOSE? flashes. The MC . switches back to function mode.
This area enables you to set the current time.
The time can be set in  or -hour format.
Process:
Press and hold
M
for three seconds. SETTINGS--OPEN? flashes.
LANGUAGE---SELECT---appears on the display.
Press
P
to scroll to CLOCK---SET---.
Press
M
in confirmation.
CLOCK -H--MODE or -H--MODE appears on the
display.
Press ALTI
A
or
P
to make a selection.
Press
M
in confirmation.
CLOCK---SET HOURS appears on the display.
The hour flashes.
Press ALTI

to reduce the value or
P
to increase
it. Once you have set the correct value, press

to
confirm your setting.
