3.2. Important Information MDF 3070-FA
Important notes before starting the dispense process.
Attention!!! The System is already pre-assembled and adjusted by VERMES Microdispensing!
Please do not dismount it.
Do not try to re-adjust it, if it is not required to change the nozzle insert.
The MDV calibration and adjust is already done by VERMES Microdispensing.
To start the dispense process please perform the following steps first:
1. Connect the MDC to the MDV (Actuator and sensor cables (red and yellow))
2. Switch on the control unit.
3. Fill in your solvent material (D-Bonder) in the solvent reservoir.
4. Connect the cartridge and flush the dispense level first with D-Bonder material (press the F1
button on the control unit to flush).
5. Now you can perform the first drop for the system:
Please find the detailed explanation “Positioning of first drop” in chapter 4.4.
6. Flush again the dispense level with air to get it clean.
7. Now you can fill in the cyanoacrylate material.
8. Before starting with the process please try to dispense a few thousand shots to remove all of
the remaining D-Bonder.
Please be sure that you have the same supply pressure for the solvent level and the cyano
level!
